PP Product:
This is a combination of high temperature resistant polypropylene (PP) and specialized ethylene (PE). A moulded composite filament is produced using a complex moulding process. The resultant material possesses long-term anti-aging characteristics, and is odourless and VOC emission free. It has a dust-free non-greasy surface, and material properties that do not change between 25°C and 80°C. Its thin, translucent nature means that it is visually unobtrusive. It is highly flame resistant and more environmentally friendly. Along with these improved performance qualities, the product is tough and highly foldable. It can be woven into screens and folding screens.
Pleated Insect Screening:
Our continuous innovation through R&D has enabled us to independently develop pleated insect screening with world-class workmanship and quality. Warps and wefts of pleated insect screening are made from polyester yarn and fiberglass by blend-weaving. The biggest advantage of this manufacturing process is that the product is not vulnerable to deformation by stretching in heat or cold, attributing to its extremely high tenacity. With the process receiving extensive customer recognition, these products have been exported to Turkey, Iran, Brazil, among other countries.
