Jindi Fiberglass Products have passed the US FMVSS302 test
FMVSS302 Stands for Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No.302; Flammability of interior materials. This is the general flammability testing standard of vehicles’ interior of the United States.

This standard specifies the flame-retardant requirements for materials used in automobile passenger compartments for the purpose of reducing injuries due to vehicle fires, especially those originating in the interior of the vehicle from matches or cigarettes. Interior products must pass the test to prove their fire retardant capacity before being introduced to the US market. This standard is applicable to interior products in passenger cars, multi-purpose passenger vehicles, trucks and buses, etc.

Two signature Jindi products - Plain woven Fiberglass Screening and Pleated Screening (a woven blend of polyester and fiberglass) - have passed the test and received accreditation in 2017 from SGS, an authoritative test organization. This fully certifies that products of Jindi are of high flame retardancy and in compliance with international standards – safe and of high quality. Products of this type are widely used in all kinds of vehicle interiors. Besides their aesthetic properties, they also provide safety protection. So these products are some of our most popular items among customers.
